So nice to meet you. My name is Michaela and I’m the technical manager of Newstark.
Newstark is an Italian company, we are born 25 years  ago.

We are located in the north of Italy in Venice, very close to Venice.

We are born as a die designers and die makers but since 15 years Newstark brand is born,

so we developed some very interesting and sometimes unique, special die components as a chemi unit, roll benders and some products that now I will show you. 

I would like to start to show this product. This is the roll bender, it’s a bending unit. 

It will help to bend the material without scratching bending a metal sheet.

And one of the most particular thing is that has a special self-lubricating coating

and you can make over bending of the material of the metal sheet, under of 30 degrees of over bending.

Another patented and the unique product is this one.

This is an adjustable punch and matrix holder.
This product give you the freedom to correct the position of the hole during the production of your parts.

So it will be very easy to move the scenes that you can find on every side of this square block,

and you can correct from 0.05 millimeters to one millimeter, the position of the holes.

After this interesting product we have also a big range of scrap removers like this one and they will help to remove the scrap from under the die.
