We are here with our hardware in the loop simulator.

There is a Pixar flight control system that we used to modify and we put our own flight control software on that.

We use that in order to create a digital twin, integrated in our virtual flight test environment.

With this we can have test flights simulations and we can even test complex flight control laws.

The virtual flightless environment and the flying lab is used as a research and as a teaching platform

in universities and in institutions with high technical and high industrial level in Germany in Europe and in Latin America.

The benefits for companies are that since we control the whole platform, we can integrate other type of drones as well.

The German aerospace center is building a high altitude platform and they ask us to develop a component for them to have a high precision camera tracking system.

You can see a mock-up of the camera unit there and you can see the prototype of the actual tracking mechanism that we developed.

We have after an intensive study of the concepts chosen a two degree gimbal solution to be able to control the unit.

Then we have developed and designed the actual construction to hold the camera and it allows a very high precision.

Since the stratospheric aircraft is going to fly in about 20 kilometers high it’s really important to have a very precise system and a really accurate tracking mechanism.

With our solution the aircraft will be able to have glacier monitoring with the precision of 100 of a degree to keep the exact waypoint position of what is actually filmed by the camera.

The cooperation with the German aerospace center is one among multiple and we are proud that we have been helping to develop the German and also the European space system and technology with this contribution in this phase.

The last thing I would like to put highlight on is our solutions in the mobility sector where we have transferred the knowledge from aviation,

and from aerospace into an actually unmanned vehicle.

We have built a so-called drive-by-wire system to make autonomous driving a reality with real tests on the Tegel Airport in Berlin.

We look forward to bring our solutions to even more trade shows to industrial clients but also to research institutions with everything that moves.
